Envizor MV1 Calibration
Follow the steps below to calibrate the sensors on the MV1.

Requirements
Before getting started with the calibration procedures, the user must have the following:
- User profile assigned to an active account on https://new.envizor.io
- The Envizor MV1 app installed on an Android or iOS device that has an active network connection. Here are links to each:
- An MV1 station that is powered on and connected to the network.
- A cannister of 10ppm Isobutylene gas with a .5 LPM (or greater) regulator.
- The MV1 accessories kit included with your rental.
Open the Envizor MV1 App
1. Open the Envizor MV1 app on your device and log in. You will see the 'Device Selection' screen
2. Select the intended MV1 station from the list. If your intended MV1 is not listed, press the 'Scan for Devices' button.
PID Calibration
1. You will see the Main Menu screen. Tap the 'View Sensor Status' button.
2. On the next screen, tap 'Select a Sensor' and then select 'VOC'
3. You will see the Sensor Status screen for VOC. Tap the 'Calibrate Now' button.
4. Insert the PID Calibration Adaptor into the VOC Inlet:

5. Connect a zero filter or zero grade gas to the hose barb on the PID Calibration Adapter.
6. Tap 'Start Zero Calibration' and wait for the countdown to complete. Upon completion, tap the 'Save Zero Calibration' button.
7. Remove the zero filter or zero grade gas from the PID Calibration Adapter and connect the 10ppm Isobutylene canister to it. Open the regulator so that the gas begins flowing to the PID sensor.
8. Tap 'Start Span Calibration' and wait for the countdown to complete. Upon completion, tap the 'Save Span Calibration' button. Then press the 'Okay' button to acknowledge that the PID calibration is complete.
9. Remove the PID Calibration Adapter.
Particulate Matter Sensor Zero Check
1. Tap the 'View Sensor Status' screen from the Main Menu.
2. On the next screen, tap 'Select a Sensor' and then select 'PM'
3. Remove the PM inlet and securely attach the PM Zero Filter:

4. Tap the 'Zero Check Now' button. Then tap 'Start Zero Check'. Wait for the Zero Check to complete.
5. Tap 'Save Zero Check' and 'Okay to acknowledge completion of the zero check.
6. Remove the PM Zero Filter and securely connect the PM Inlet.
